Clarion Events half-year review 2025/26
Comet Bidco Limited and its subsidiary undertakings (together “the Group”) provides its half-year update for the 6 months ending 31 July 2025.
Trading update
- H1 trading out-performed budget.
- Sales pacing / forward bookings remain strong and are in line with prior year pacing.
Debt and cash
- On 2nd December 2025 the Group successfully completed a new senior facilities agreement for a private credit refinancing
- Collections of funds for future events remains strong, with cashflow outperforming budget

- Future growth will be driven by leveraging the strength of our market leading Superbrands, with expansion to different geographies and by enhancing our digital initiatives.
