This well-being series focuses on how to master your wellbeing while recognising that we have gone through and are still going through extreme periods of change, uncertainty and often stress. These sessions are designed to arm you with awareness of your triggers, build your resilience tool kit, find calm in the chaos and improve your communication on and offline. 

In this second session with Laida Datoo, our wellbeing expert, we focus on building and strengthening resilience. We will explore how we can change our perspective in the face of pressure, so that we can manage our stress responses, whatever the situation.
