Track 1 | Selling & Engaging in Digital (Sales and Marketing)

This is designed to be a training course, requiring participants to attend all sessions. The final competition enables participants to apply lessons learned from the course to plans and ideas. Winners will receive mentorship from a senior Clarion expert to support their career development.

Tactically themed sessions to assist the delivery of digital and hybrid products, with a focus on understanding and improving the customer journey. The Selling & Engaging in Digital track consists of a series of 7-week courses, with limited places on each.

Session 1 - 9 February | The buyer/vendor customer journey and how to make a difference
Session 2 - 16 February | Post-COVID customer behaviour and how to work with it
Session 3 - 23 February | Digital inventory options, pricing models, and when to use them
Session 4 -2 March | Customer objectives for digital products and how to sell through data insight
Session 5 - 9 March | Post-sales customer care and how to build loyalty in the sales cycle
Session 6 - 16 March | Delivering successful events in 2021
Session 7 - 23 March | COMPETITION: How will we improve the customer journey? (Joint with Track 2)
