How to manage Change and Uncertainty - including returning to working from the office

This well-being series focuses on how to master your wellbeing while recognising that we have gone through and are still going through extreme periods of change, uncertainty and often stress. These sessions are designed to arm you with awareness of your triggers, build your resilience tool kit, find calm in the chaos and improve your communication on and offline.

Each session incorporates mindfulness learning alongside practical tools and strategies that you can use the minute you join the session! By the end of the sessions you will understand yourself better and be on the path to creating positive long-term habits.

Whether it’s extended periods working from home, being in isolation or navigating a new reality as we go back into the workplace, this session will help you weather the storm.

You'll take away:

  • An awareness of your internal rhythm
  • An exploration of how to manage your energy and focus - what's worked so far and what you can take forwards
  • A plan to deal with areas of concern and overwhelm
  • Strategies on how to maintain long term positive routines
  • There will be several mindful exercises to support you to experience calm in your bodies and minds
