This interactive workshop is designed to support you as a leader manage your own energy through understanding the indicators of stress and overwhelm, how to move through them and how to be high performing even in challenging times. The tools you’ll learn will support you with language and approaches to work with your team members and create a psychologically safe environment for everyone to be their best. These tools are relevant for the current challenges we are facing but also for the future and can be applied in a multitude of circumstances.

We will explore what impacts there may be coming out of the pandemic and what we face transitioning back into office work, running live events and traveling again.
