Being LGBTQ+ inclusive: What can I actually do?

As part of Clarion’s broader D&I initiative and aligned with Pride, our WhatIF?! session on LGBTQ+ in the workplace will raise awareness of the issues the LGBTQ+ employees face in the society, and in the workplace, provide a platform of support and educate how to be an ally, as a colleague and as a manager. 

LGBT rights and freedoms are regularly debated all over the world, sometimes they move forward and sometimes they roll back. What are the experiences of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer (LGBTQ+) colleagues, both in the workplace and within society, and what can we do to step up as allies? 

Through thoughtful reflection and discussion, this session will raise awareness of how we can be more inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities and the benefits of doing so to each other, our teams and our business.
