The Role

This role sits within the Digital team at Clarion Gaming, reporting directly into our Digital leadership. Our Campaign Manager works closely with all functions to deliver full funnel marketing services that help our Global Gaming customers to grow. The two main commitments of our marketing team are to:

  • Deliver addressable audience growth for Clarion Gaming
  • Convert high quality audiences to our clients, demonstrating very strong ROI

 

This role has five main elements:

1)         Set strategy and plan for Commercial Product Campaigns

2)         Project manage all client fulfilment campaigns and audience acquisition campaigns

3)         Facilitate cross-functional inputs with Digital Content and Digital Sales to optimise and innovate our marketing methods

4)         Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients, with full funnel tracking

5)         Set up core marketing governance to measure and evaluate marketing spend

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work cross-functionally with Sales and Content to understand customer audience objectives
  • Devise and project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to deliver strong audience ROI to our Digital clients
  • Build out a marketing strategy and plan for audience engagement, conversion and retention across our key target audiences
  • Effectively allocate and track ROI of campaign budget allocations
  • Efficiently use our marketing automation tools and our customer data platform, to run targeted campaigns based on customer preferences and needs
  • Build and maintain strong governance processes and standards
  • Develop systems, processes and reporting to maintain a record of historic campaign and conversion performance and use this to inform future practices
  • Understand and maintain inputs to our data taxonomy for the Global Gaming industry
  • Maintain an understanding of audience insights and the most effective ways in which to engage with target groups
  • Consider value of partnerships or b2b influencer marketing as part of our strategy, leverage these throughout client campaigns

  • Proactively engage and communicate across the digital business with evidence to quantify marketing outcomes
  • Design and set up campaign tracking procedures to monitor and report on campaigns across the Digital business and provide these in a timely fashion to the leadership team

Must haves

  • Understanding of marketing analytics for assessing the effectiveness of campaigns and conversion initiatives, this includes demonstrable experience in using Google analytics to assess and support campaign performance as well as email and social media metrics
  • Project management skills
