Simon is a Director in EY’s Culture, Diversity and Inclusion consulting practice where he works in partnership with business and HR leadership teams in companies across all sectors and geographies to devise and implement Culture, Diversity and Inclusion strategies to increase diversity, develop inclusive culture and leadership, and deepen employee engagement. Simon is an active member of EY’s Unity network for LGBT+ colleagues, allies and clients and has organised and hosted mental health events for the community. Outside of work Simon volunteers for Opening Doors which is a charity working to support the specific needs of elderly LGBT+ people and prior to joining EY Simon was Director of Workplace Programmes at LGBT+ advocacy charity Stonewall.
